Bernard is the Co-Founder and Managing Director of The Cavalry. Apart from being passionate about business and the creative solutions, he has a deep love for photography and acts as the resident photographer for The Cavalry. Bernard enjoys coffee, wine, whisky and good food when he is not working.

Head of Production / Director
Dirk is the head of production for The Cavalry, and also a passionate creative director and editor. Narrative is in his blood, and whether it's an ad for a brand or a bedtime story for his daughter, he's always excited about it. He also thrives on challenges, but likes making things easy for our clients.

Executive Producer
Lolu is a seasoned producer with a versatile portfolio spanning multiple formats. She's the one to call when you need a rare combination of creative intuition and sharp operational skills. Whether she's guiding a team, shaping a concept or overseeing a budget, she is always ready to tackle the next brief or pitch the next award-winning idea with intention and sheer craft.

Alain’s directing approach is built on a foundation of storytelling through strong visual imagery. Some say he talks in pictures. But, those who’ve actually met him would also agree that a large portion of his vocabulary stems from Christopher Nolan quotes.

DOP & Lead Cinematographer
Decio (pronounced ‘Da-su’) is a multi-talented tracking and Gimble Operator, DOP and Camera person - Décio's combined his ability to go really fast on a skateboard with his love for filming, enabling him to "track" at high speeds of up to 45km per hour via his electric skateboard or one-wheel. This enables him to produce footage unlike any other - making him one of a hand-full in the world.
